TIMESTAR FORECAST
August 2007 to December 2009
INTRODUCTION
Electrical and magnetic flux will step up in late summer and fall and continue into next summer. Asteroids and gamma and cosmic bursts are likely to during the coming year. This can affect many, many factors in living on Earth. Satellite and power failures that affect electrical grids, computers, aircraft and other transportation are among systems impacted in these events. Effects on human electrical systems are more subtle but high in importance.
At present solar flares are still minimal but increasing. Solar flares are the most obvious source of electrical failures and magnetic source, but, because they are the most obvious to observe does not mean they are the only or most important source. Modern scientific records are relatively brief and have only been kept for years that number in the low hundreds. Cosmic forces affecting the planet have been ongoing for billions of years, even when not observed. That modern science has not observed long-term cosmic forces does not mean they are not influential.
Rapid ice cap melt slowed down somewhat with low solar activity in 2008 but will again step up as the solar flares increase to a maximum in 2012. Ice melt at the Arctic has been down about 10% in 2009 compared to 2007 but remains much higher than it was in 1997. Rapid melt continues mostly on the Atlantic side of the Arctic. TimeStar forecast this impact in the Atlantic in August 2008, with observation of eclipse sequences: "Lunar eclipses in August 2008 and February 2009 will continue the focus on the north Atlantic and Arctic, making four consecutive eclipses that will impact the Atlantic and Arctic areas." Rapid melting at the Antarctic in 1997-98 followed a sequence of eclipses the TimeStar pinpointed on the Antarctic.
A window for larger quakes in South America, Africa, and Indonesia opens in August and September 2009. A larger quake is defined as magnitude 6.5 and higher. At present, moderate earthquakes are scattered around the globe, but the July 7 and August 6 lunar eclipses will focus grid impulses for larger quakes in a band extending across South America, Africa and Indonesia. While scattered moderate quakes continue in other areas the larger focus will be in the band extending across South America, Africa and Indonesia.
The year proceeds from July 26, 2009 to July 25, 2010. We are quickly approaching 2012, which has taken on an apocalyptic aura endowed by those knowingly and unknowingly immersed in literal Judeo-Christian thinking. The TimeStar postulates a naturalistic relationship of Earth and its life in the solar and cosmic environment. It is a symbolic system that describes natural cycles and relationships in human terms. It perceives that life has survived on Planet Earth for millions of years in natural cycles that have impelled humanity through many civilizations. The present civilization is one of many that has inherited causes and effects of the many that preceded it. The coming of 2012 is neither the beginning nor the end of great movements of life on earth. It is but a transitional period identified in the convergence of many cycles that have been the impetus of the planet's life.
The essence of the four-year cycle starting in December 2008 is Novelty, or creativity, as defined by Terence McKenna for Timewave Zero. McKenna extrapolated December 21, 2012 as the date when the oscillation of the present tone of time is quenched. The TimeStar identifies the convergence of cycles that stepped up the tone of time as 1897-98, as the solar cycle heated up, when the Industrial Age was in full swing. In this cycle between 1897 through 2012, humankind has rapidly moved through electronics, nuclears, and quantum mechanics to a crescendo of environmental and social consumption. The wave that impelled the crescendo will change by 2012 and reckoning of naturalistic and human values will proceed in creativity as Novelty. This reckoning and new establishing will take root well into the end of the century.
Proliferation of extraterrestrial appearances and contacts in the 20th and 21st century is indicators that this learning curve is ordained for any growing civilization. Although the people of this planet were led to believe for 2,000 years they were God's exemplary creation and center of the cosmos, this luxury can no longer be afforded. We are headed into the reckoning of childish egocentrism in 2012. This reckoning will take form in Novelties that are yet to be determined in the creative mind.

December 21, 2008 marked the beginning of a key four-year cycle in which novelty will run high while traditional institutions inwardly collapse by sheer weight of human and planetary behavior. The 2008 date is based on TimeStar’s count of the precession of equinoxes and the Mayan long count, to identify December 21, 2008 as the functional end of the count by virtue of precession. One must let go of the familiar shore to reach another shore, and the letting go of the familiar is reachiing a new broader level. The beginning of this process was in the late 19th century and will carry us into the novelty that precedes great advances in civilization.
Internal collapse of individuals and social structures is already evident and results from the low development of social and spiritual sciences necessary to keep pace with changing conditions caused by both natural cyclic events and technology. It is not the end of civilization on Earth but is an unburdening of an overloaded system that cannot be supported at the present level of demand. This crisis has been long coming and was predicted by Daniel Fry in his early UFO contact that started at White Sands Proving Ground in 1950. In his book, “To Men Of Earth,” Fry relates the analysis of his extraterrestrial contactor, Alan:
“Your civilization is facing a great problem and, during the last few years, it has become a critical one. Its existence is not the fault of any race, creed or political ideology. It is a problem which develops, sooner or later, in the development of every civilization, no matter where or when it may begin…
“The quest for knowledge and a purpose in life follows a broad spectrum which can be divided into three major sections for the purpose of discussion and better understanding. These sections can be defined as follows: (1) the physical or material science, which deals with the needs and desires of the physical body of man, and the nature of the physical universe in which he dwells. In this division are the subjects of physics chemistry astronomy, etc., as well as the study of the manufacture of the endless number of products necessary to the well-being, the comfort and the security of man. (2) The social science which deals with the relationship between man and his fellow man, and with the means by which this relationship may be made more successful more productive and more enduring. In this division are the studies of society, government, psychology, the nonmaterial phases of economics, etc. (3) the spiritual science which deals with the relationship between man and the great creative power and infinite intelligence which pervades and controls all nature, and which your people refer to as god…
“If any civilization in the Universe is to develop fully and successfully, each of the branches of advancement must be pursued with equal effort and diligence. The Spiritual and Social sciences however, must come first. There can be no development of the material science except upon a foundation of spiritual and social science. You can prove this to yourself if you consider the difference between man and the animal. There are some, of course, who will say that there is no real difference, that man is just an animal who has acquired…
“The development of the material science, being constantly stimulated by the ever increasing needs and desires of the body, takes place at a constantly increasing rate. If you consider the technological advance of your science during the last thirty of your years, you will see that they exceeded the advance of the previous one hundred years, and that that advance, in turn, exceeded the advance of the previous one thousand years.
“The social and spiritual sciences on the other hand progress normally, only directly with time, and even this rate of progress is not always maintained.
“Eventually you have the problem of a huge and massive structure, growing at an ever increasing rate, standing upon, and supported only by a foundation which is growing at much smaller rate. Unless some means can be found to stimulate the growth of the foundation, a time will inevitably come when it can no longer support the structure, and the structure will collapse upon the foundation, bringing ruin and destruction to both.
“This total collapse of civilization has occurred before upon this planet, and your present civilization has now entered the stage where it is quite likely to occur again unless some outside stimulus is given.
“The entire population of your planet is now in constant danger of total destruction by an agency which you yourselves have created, with great labor and diligence, and at great expense in time and money. Why should a race be threatened by its own creations? The answer, of course, is simply that the race has not progressed far enough in the foundation sciences to enable its people to control their own creations, and so their creations control them. “

ADDENDUM
ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN SEPTEMBER 1998
NASA's news that radiation bursting from an exploding star caused the dark side of the planet to glow August 27 [1998] might seem more bizarre than wonderful at first glance. The unknown is always suspect and astronomers have never seen anything like it before. Radiation from the collapsed core of the exploded star, pulsar, blasted the Earth's atmosphere causing the outer layers to glow August 27 [1998]. Gamma and X-rays from the neutron star ignited outer layers of the atmosphere with a soft glow one day before Ida Kannenberg was awakened with the news that the planet had entered a new vibratory frequency August 28. Ten days after “The Missing Link” (newsletter for the TimeStar Forecast) published an account of Ida's visit, NASA released news about the radiation blast September 29, a month after the blast.
Astronomers estimate that the energy contained in the gamma and X-ray burst could power all of the Earth's energy needs for a billion years if harnessed. Official press releases claim that the energy was largely absorbed by the upper atmosphere and only a small amount reached the surface of the Earth. The enormous burst provided the first evidence of magnetars, theorized to have magnetic fields greater than any other known. Not optically visible, the radiation, which temporarily shut down operations of two satellites, was detectable with instruments.
Although astronomers specified that the star's radiation impacted the Earth's surface at a strength equal to a single dental X-ray, satellite photos showed that the largest-ever ozone hole appeared over the Antarctic this September earlier than any other year. Scientists attributed the large ozone hole to a polar vortex swirling in the outer atmosphere (stratosphere) while explaining accelerated melting of the Antarctic with changes in radiation the Earth receives from the sun as well as wobbles in the Earth's rotation around the sun.
Although ex-military remote viewer Major Ed Dames has predicted large bursts of radiation will virtually fry the planet in the next few years, the facts cited in extraterrestrial contacts since the early 1950's tell a different story. Ed Dames revelations of radiation from massive solar flares made in December 1997 were fairly late in the prediction game. Dames first appeared on the Art Bell show May 31, 1996, several months after I explained the coming solar phase shift would have effects similar to HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project).
In the natural order, cyclic solar changes instigate evolutionary cycles whereas HAARP-induced effects overlay nature's evolutionary timing with human experiments. When I asked my contacts about HAARP, they suggested that it was an effort to counteract the natural solar changes. Since the military did not know how to polarize its system, HAARP would accelerate rather than counteract the changes. My suspicions that HAARP was a military effort to counteract cyclic changes, published in “The Once & Future Earth – TimeStar”, were confirmed by reports of military personnel given to Sean David Morton in 1998. The enlarged ozone hole caused by a swirling polar vortex in the stratosphere points to changes in planetary polarization, e.g., changes in the planet's magnetic fields affecting the South Pole. TimeStar predictions published in November 1997 forecast that changes in the Antarctic and South Pole would make the news in 1998.
Contrary to fatalistic prophecies for humankind, increased activity resulting from the solar phase shift will enhance levels of psychic and intellectual functions in Homo sapien. As memorialized in the world's oldest traditions, the brain is the physical focal point of change directly influenced by electromagnetic fields of the planet which, in turn, are affected by solar radiation. Performed by millions of people, firewalking is the best preparation for negotiating the new frequency because it teaches how to actualize the self beyond three dimensions and invokes vital brain functions.
A new frequency appeared in the sun in 1991 when ancient Maya priests predicted a new world era would begin with the July 11, 1991 solar eclipse. After my contacts spoke about a pulsar phase shift on January 5, 1993, gamma bursts began to appear throughout the solar system the same month. Most recently, Ida Kannenberg identified the date of an increased vibratory frequency of the planet August 28 [1998]. The vibratory frequency of the planet will continually step-up through October 8, 2000 then stabilize at a new high through 2004.
“These are the most exciting times in the history of the planet and the history of humankind. The effect of this vibratory increase means going into a higher consciousness for those who are ready for it, and possible headaches and other mental ailments for those who are not. The frequencies rise for all, but some cannot adjust their mental capacities quickly enough to avoid complications. They receive but cannot absorb the new frequencies”. (Ida Kannenberg)

NOTE: The newsletter article in September 1998 was originally published with the following paragraph. I removed the paragraph for this posting because the background that had been laid out in 1998 has not been discussed in recent years. Essentially, I interpret the Biblical "Revelations" as an astrological treatise with very different implications than commonly given to it by the Church. Astrology represented a common language in Greece at the time of "Revelations" was written and measures in the treatise point to the precession of equinoxes. At the time "Revelations" was written the works of Plato were known throughout Greece, and it must be interpreted by way of Platonic cosmology and not current Christian doctrine.
But this cosmic event is a milestone in the many prophecies of new life in heaven and Earth that expands the possibilities of John The Revelator's vision. Rather than frying in unbearable fire, John saw nations that were saved walking in a new light. "The City had no need of the sun, neither of the moon to shine in it; for the glory of God did light it, and the Lamb is the light thereof... And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it." (Revelations 21:23-24)
